What You'll Do
At EvoWorkForce, we're building the software platform that powers humanoid and quadruped robots operating in manufacturing, logistics, security and industrial environments.
Our platform connects robots to real-time telemetry, live video streaming and mission control dashboards, allowing customers to monitor and manage fleets remotely.
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building products from scratch and wants to help create software that operates real robots; not just another web application.
This role works closely with our robotics engineers to build the customer-facing platform that makes autonomous robots usable at scale.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
You'll help develop the core platform that connects robots to customers through real-time, cloud-connected software.
You'll work across:
● Real-time telemetry dashboards
● Low-latency live video streaming
● Mission management interfaces
● Frontend and backend platform features
● Cloud-connected services that support autonomous robots
● Event-driven systems powering fleet operations
Rather than owning everything alone, you'll become part of a small engineering team where different specialists work together to build a reliable robotics platform.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
● 2–4 years of software engineering experience
● Strong React experience
● Node.js backend development or equivalent
● Experience building real-time web applications
● Experience with live video streaming technologies such as WebRTC or equivalent platforms (Twilio, LiveKit, Agora, Daily or similar)
● Experience working with real-time telemetry or event-driven systems
● Comfortable building products from scratch

LOCATION, WORKING MODEL & PRATICAL DETAILS

Location: Viseu, Portugal. On-site, Monday–Friday, with a genuine flexible-hours culture (no time-tracking). Remote considered only case-by-case for exceptional candidates.

Language: English required; team is transitioning to full-English operation.

Relocation: Practical support available (visa guidance, help finding accommodation, contract translation); does not cover flights or full relocation costs.
