What You'll Do
At EvoWorkForce, we're building a cloud-connected platform that allows customers to securely monitor and control fleets of autonomous robots.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building secure systems; not simply writing security reports.
This role combines DevSecOps, Platform Security and practical implementation to help ensure our robotics platform is secure by design.
You'll work closely with our Full Stack Engineers to build security directly into the product from day one.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
You'll help build and secure the platform behind Evo's robotics fl
Your work includes:
● Securing APIs and user authentication
● Implementing Zero Trust security principles
● Managing HTTPS, certificates and secure communications
● Identity and Access Management (IAM)
● Cloud platform security
● Secure deployment pipelines
● Security implementation across our web platform
● Working alongside engineering teams to build secure features into production
This is a hands-on engineering role; not a purely governance or auditing position
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
● 2–4 years of experience in DevSecOps, Platform Security or Product Security
● Experience securing web applications
● Practical implementation of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth, Cognito or similar)
● Secure API design
● HTTPS and certificate management
● Identity and Access Management
● Experience with AWS, Azure or similar cloud platforms
● Understanding of Zero Trust security
● CI/CD pipelines
● Infrastructure as Code exposure
● Docker
● Kubernetes
● Cloud-native security
● Interest in robotics or industrial technology

LOCATION, WORKING MODEL & PRATICAL DETAILS

Location: Viseu, Portugal. On-site, Monday–Friday, with a genuine flexible-hours culture (no time-tracking). Remote considered only case-by-case for exceptional candidates.

Visa: EU/EEA candidates only at this time; unable to sponsor visas outside the EU.

Language: English required; team is transitioning to full-English operation.

Relocation: Practical support available (visa guidance, help finding accommodation, contract translation); does not cover flights or full relocation costs.
